D.E.M. No-Discharge Compliance Program

All boats with permanently installed marine toilets are subject to DEMs' No-Discharge Compliance Program and must get inspected, obtain and display a decal by June 1st 2007. Decals are valid for four years. If you would like an inspection we have certified agents here at the marina.

Point Judith Harbor of Refuge

On May 8, 2008 from 6pm until 8pm, there will be a public meeting held at Coast Guard Station Point Judith, 1470 Ocean Rd. Narragansett, RI 02882. The topic of discussion will be the Waterways Analysis and Management Systems (WAMS) Survey for Point Judith Harbor of Refuge. There will be surveys available at the meeting or feel free to pick one up at the marina. The deadline for the survey is May 15, 2008.
